Our Crystal Rum is the basis of our entire line. It is made from the premium cut of molasses from Delta cane sugar grown locally in southeast Louisiana. The crystal rum will have a molasses forward sweetness with a clean body and grassy notes on the finish. It’s great to mix into punches and traditional island cocktails (caprahina, mojito, daiquiri); the rule is always two ingredients or more when using Crystal (for the clear rum lover: ice and lime).
